Chile is followed by California, where we discover a whole new wine world:
tradition becomes daring and expertise is casual.
But it’s in British Columbia where we settle down for three amazing
years during which we manage the Osoyoos Larose domain production, a key reference
in the New World wines.

After three visits and a revelation, we become the proud
owners of Château La Grande Clotte. This domain was rented
for farming 25 years earlier to the famous French oenologist Michel Rolland and the vines
are absolutely gorgeous. Despite its current state, the château has
fantastic potential and we can easily picture all our
development plans: tasting area, guesthouse, wedding hosting and even a pop- up bar––projects
as limitless as our desires!
